• Puerto Rico funding has been secured - $30M​

• Estimated Cost - $100M - $120M

• Contractual Requirements – Joint Venture​

  Design/Build Team will need to be formed in such a way as to meet the requirements of Law 173 and the Politica Institucional prepared by Colegio de Ingenieros y Agrimensores de PR
